We would like to explain how we do our Web Site Design.

We use to work from Templates as a base but we soon realised that every person wants to have a unique web site. We do our design in HTML format, we do this to make the page as fast as possible.

As soon as we get correspondence from you the client, we will contact you, to get more information regarding your needs. This is normally what you want on your web page, the colors, your logo, if you want animation etc.

Our web designer will then start with a basic site, the layout. This is only the first draft and in our experience certainly not the last.  We post the draft on the internet, this will only be visible for you and the other internet users will not have access to view it.
We will now only be in contact via e-mail, if you don’t have an e-mail account we will then work telephonically.

The only work you have to do is send us the data (Text) that you want to display on the site. We do everything else.

You will decide when your site is to your needs, we will not launch anything unless you are 100% sure that you are happy.

Only when you give the go-ahead to launch you pay us. (For the Design) On proof of payment we launch your site.

Search Engine Optimisation

We would like to explain what Search Engine Optimisation is.

Search Engine Optimisation or SEO is extremely important for any website. This is the fancy term for making your website visible for the search engines. If your site is on the internet and these search engines don’t know about your website having a site doesn’t mean a thing.

Nobody really knows how many search engines are on the internet, but what we do know is that 3 of them are very popular Google, Yahoo and MSN. There was an article published the other day saying and we quote

Search engine users are some of the most qualified and motivated visitors to your web site you will ever have. After all, they have taken the initiative to hunt for online resources on a certain topic. And then they clicked your link to learn more.”

Obviously we in South Africa don’t have all that traffic but we do have al lot. The majority of internet users use Google SA, Yahoo and of course our own Ananzi.  

We do research on how search engines rates sites, for the most part we try and satisfy Google SA and Ananzi. By using specific words, sentences and submitting to certain sites. This process is what is known as Search Engine optimisation.
